My personal mission is to share the many mental, physical, and spiritual benefits of this ancient practice in a friendly and inclusive way. I hope to give people the tools to befriend their bodies, minds, and breath so that they can live their lives feeling calmer, more grounded, and balanced.

Charitable Organisations

I am currently working with, Keighley Healthy Living, a charitable organisation based in Keighley, to support the health and wellbeing of the local community.  I am also working in partnership with Rethinking Pain, an initiative aimed at helping people in the Bradford District manage their pain through movement.
