During Covid I reluctantly moved my studio classes online. From a clunky beginning I discovered that I love teaching in this format. I feel that my creative juices can flow and there is a surprising virtual connection across the airwaves… from a student’s viewpoint, online classes allow greater flexibility with no need to navigate traffic and parking, you can wear whatever you like (even pyjamas!). In addition, the opportunity to explore your practice in private, establishing a dedicated yoga space in your own home can encourage a more regular practice. If you go away on holiday you can bring your computer along and join us..
My regular online group is made up of students of all ages from all over country.
Classes
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8am-8.45am – Varied movement & guided breathing. Our physical practice generally lasts around 30 minutes with 15 minutes dedicated to breathing.
Monday 6pm-6.45pm – Gentle movement and guided relaxation
Friday 8am-9.15pm – Longer restorative practice
Online classes cost £40 per month which gives you access to the live classes and recordings.
I offer an in studio group class on Tuesdays from 9.30-10.45. The sessions are suitable for all levels of experience and provide a safe space for you to develop your practice.
Studio classes can be purchased in blocks of 6 for £60 or Pay As You Go at £12 per class.
As well as one to one therapy I also offer small group yoga and yoga therapy classes (up to 3 people). The small group dynamic allows me to tailor the practices to the needs of the group in a relaxed and interactive way. This is more cost effective than private yoga therapy sessions but more personal than a larger group class. This is perfect groups of friends who are new to yoga or those who may feel uncomfortable in a larger group setting.
