The process starts with a free 15-minute phone call to assess your needs and suitability and for you to ask any questions you might have.
If you would like to proceed, you next complete an intake form and we book an initial session.
The initial session is 90 minutes and here we discuss your form, your aims and plan a trajectory for our work together, we’ll also explore some practices this session.
Further sessions can then be taken individually, or block booked in sets of three or six. Frequency of sessions depends on what is being worked on, usually weekly is recommend to begin to build momentum, however this could be fortnightly or monthly depending on your requirements.
Length of treatment will also depend on the nature of the work and/or your personal preference or circumstances.
