Think of it as a little time away from the distractions of the day.
30 minutes of gentle movement, followed by 15 minutes of guided breathing.
Nothing complicated. You don’t need to be flexible, and you don’t need to have tried yoga before. Just find some space and enjoy your morning reset.
And if you like it, think about what time might work for you. Our morning classes start at 8am.
However, all of our live classes are recorded and available on demand as soon as the class finishes. So you could practice at 9am, 10am or lunchtime. After work. Or even at 7am the next day if that suits you better.
The important thing is to make it an appointment. Put 45 minutes in your diary. Show up. Make it part of your routine.
That’s when a reset starts to become a habit.
We have two classes to try. First is a Beginners 101, for anyone that feels a little tentative about the basics and the language. Nicky describes some of the most common postures to get you started.
Second is a recent class to try. Enjoy!
