Welcome to the Just Breathe Yoga Community. Our aim is to create a friendly, supportive and inclusive space where golfers can learn, connect and explore ways to improve their wellbeing through movement, mindfulness, healthy ageing and community.
By joining this Community, you agree to the following terms.
Respect and Inclusion
Please treat all members with courtesy and respect.
We do not tolerate bullying, discrimination, harassment, offensive language or abusive behaviour. Members who breach these standards may be removed from the Community.
Confidentiality
Members may choose to share personal experiences. Please respect the privacy of others and do not share conversations, photographs or personal information outside the Community without permission.
Medical Disclaimer
The information shared within this Community is provided for general education and wellbeing purposes only.
It is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, please seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
If you believe you or someone else is at immediate risk of harm, contact the emergency services or your local crisis support service.
Privacy (UK GDPR)
We are committed to protecting your privacy.
As Community administrators, we may see your name, profile photo and phone number as part of your participation in WhatsApp. We will use this information only for the administration of the Community.
If you provide additional information to us outside WhatsApp (for example through our website, email or event registration), we will only use it for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with UK data protection law.
We will never sell your personal information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
Leaving the Community
You may leave the Community at any time using the WhatsApp settings.
If you would like us to delete any personal information that we hold outside WhatsApp, please contact us and we will respond in accordance with our obligations under UK data protection law.
Community Administration
We reserve the right to remove members whose behaviour is inconsistent with these terms or who repeatedly disrupt the Community.
Our goal is to ensure the Community remains welcoming, supportive and beneficial for all members.
